About This Project

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has commissioned Dillon Consulting Ltd. To prepare a Site Development Options Study for 1500 Bronson Avenue (including the former CBC (Drake) Building) and 719 Heron Road (Sir Leonard Tilly Complex) in Confederation Heights, a major federal employment node located approximately 5 kilometres south of Ottawa’s downtown core. Metropolitan Design led by Don Loucks is working with Dillon Consulting Ltd. to provide urban design input and to also act as the lead on issues related to architectural heritage and conservation.
