About This Project

DL Heritage Architect, with Mark Shoalts, Structural Engineer. The rehabilitation and restoration of a 1903, shingle style Muskoka cottage that was originally designed and built for a Pittsburg banker and his family included the jacking-up and re-connecting the kitchen wing to the main cottage, structural repairs to the roof, restoring the stone footings and retaining walls and reconfiguring the kitchen area.
