1994-96, DL as Project Director & Heritage Architect, Hotson Bakker Architects, Bays 1-10 were disassembled and stored off-site while the Metro Toronto Convention Centre extension was constructed below that portion of the Roundhouse. Bays 1-10 of the Roundhouse were restored reassembled and the exterior of the remaining 22 Bays were stabilized and restored. Steam Whistle Brewery became the first tenants in 1998.
